Quality： After many years of doing business with this supplier, this was my last time. The product quality has come down, order after order, and the sales representative refuses to acknoledge the problem. This resulted in my customers being very unsatisfied and demanding refund, for lack of hair texture quality, hair coming off the wigs, poor durability, etc. I lost business and it cost me several hundreds of dollars for that. Note that for HD lace wigs, knots are too big and the baby hairs are very poorly furnished. We agreed for all wigs to come with baby hairs done and small knots, this is clearly not what I received.
